Resilience Lab, LLC — Where Mind Meets Motivation

I’m Tabetha Johnson, M.A., a Sports Psychology Practitioner, Association of Applied Sports Psychology member, and college educator with over two decades of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Currently completing my Ph.D. in Leadership, M.A. in Sport Psychology, and Certified Mental Performance Certification, I integrate mind–body awareness with evidence-based performance psychology to help individuals and teams thrive under pressure.

At Resilience Lab, I use the Resilient Mindset Method—a system grounded in my Motivation Progression Taxonomy (MPT)—to help clients identify their motivational state, reframe thought patterns, and strengthen intrinsic motivation.

Services include 1:1 and group coaching, values alignment, stress management, cognitive behavioral techniques, yoga and mindfulness workshops, and performance-focused public speaking for athletes and performers of all ages.

Resilience isn’t luck—it’s a trainable skill. At Resilience Lab, we turn self-awareness into sustainable performance, helping you build the mindset to succeed in both sport and life.

What is the Resilience Lab Community

The Resilience Lab Community is an interactive hub designed to connect science, self-awareness, and applied practice. It’s a space to access free educational resources, book personalized consultations, and explore original blog entries that translate the latest sports psychology research into real-world growth strategies.

Members can engage with innovative tools in performance psychology, mind–body training methods, and values-based motivation practices developed from the Resilient Mindset Method. The community offers insight into topics such as mental conditioning, mindfulness in sport, emotional regulation, and resilience training—all tailored to athletes, performers, and professionals striving for sustainable excellence.
